Join us for a spectacular event featuring a 7-Course tasting menu by Allegheny HYP Club Chef Steven Kightlinger and drink pairings by Big Spring Spirits’ Patrick Funwela and Jeremy Noah!
Doors open at 5:30pm for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, with seating and presentation beginning at 6:00pm.

Chef Steven will be on hand to talk about his dishes and the local farms and businesses he uses, and about the importance of engaging with growers in our region.
Big Spring Cocktails
Patrick Funwela and Jeremy Noah of Big Spring Spirits will pair the evening’s menu with fresh cocktails featuring Big Spring locally-sourced spirits: Premium Vodka, 7 Governor’s Gin, Barrel Rested Gin, Port Cask Finished Whiskey and Tallyrand Cream Bourbon.

Due to coronavirus concerns, we ask that all attendees are vaccinated. Seating will be limited, so that we may preserve some degree of social distancing.
