In a world in turmoil – from Ukraine to Taiwan – what are America’s priorities? How can we compete smartly and sustainably with China, Russia and other powers? How is the Ukraine war affecting the answers to these questions?
Ali Wyne has worked at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, and as a policy analyst at RAND Corp. He received his undergraduate degree from MIT and a master’s degree from Harvard’s Kennedy School, He is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a security fellow at the Truman National Security Project.
Questions and answers will follow the remarks with the goal of promoting group discussion on future policy implications for the conflict.
